Welcome to Silver Birch Class
School Closure January 2021
Hello lovely Silver Birch Class,
I hope that you have all had a lovely rest and managed to spend some quality family time together. Unfortunately, I am not going to get to see you all at the start of this new term like I had hoped but I hope to see you all very soon.
Below is a tab called Home Learning. Please click on the tab to find the link to lots of fun and interactive learning opportunities.
Please can you ensure that you read at home daily for at least 20 minutes. You can read either by using Oxford Owls, First News iHub or by reading books that you have at home. Please complete Big Maths Challenges daily just as though you would if you were at school. There are also lots of other learning ideas on the home learning tab below.
Online work will also be provided weekly through Microsoft Teams and a written work pack can also be provided if you have no access to the internet, upon request. These should be requested through the school office.
I know that many of you know all of your usernames and passwords to online learning programmes but if you are unsure of any then please ask your adults to email me at email@example.com
Adults, please also contact me using the email address above if you have any questions or queries.
I hope to see you all very soon.
Take care and stay safe!

Silver Birch class children are to enter and leave school through the main gates. Children are to line up on Elfrida Crescent. Children will be collected from the gates by their teacher and TA. Parents will not be allowed on site.
