Join Joe Wicks for his morning PE sessions 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please do your best to join in the live sessions and if you cannot do the live sessions, do it later in the day. It is very important that you exercise daily. You know that this is important for your physical and mental wellbeing.
