dough disco

What is dough disco?

Dough disco is a fine motor exercise to improve literacy and brain development.

It involves moulding playdough in time to music and performing different actions such as rolling the dough into a ball, flattening it, putting individual fingers into the dough and squeezing it.

What are the benefits of dough disco?

Children need to have strong muscles in their hands in order to be able to write effectively. Dough disco is exercise for the fingers! Doing these simple, fun exercises will help your child prepare for writing.
