PE with Joe Wicks
Joe Wicks is starting his morning PE sessions 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please do your best to join in the live sessions and if you cannot do the live sessions, do it later in the day. It is very important that you exercise daily. You know that this is important for your physical and mental wellbeing.

You can revisit these workout sessions as often as you like. Remember any money made from the adds in this video will be being donated to Children in Need. That means that everytime you workout, you are helping other children. Workout to help out what could be better? You are helping yourselves getting fitter and healthier whilst also helping others. It's a win win situation. Enjoy your work outs and don't forget to send in photographs of you working out so we can put them on the class page.
