In Phonics, we are continuing to review the sounds we have learnt. Please continue to read with your child at home and return books every Friday to be changed.
In Maths, we are learning to recall number bonds to 10.
We are learning a new topic called 'The Sea'. The trip to Beckenham Place park was a good introduction to this topic as the children gained a better understanding of what they could see or imagine at the seaside by playing in the sand and making sand castles.

Why water??
Drinking water regularly throughout the day is an important way of protecting health and contributing to well being. Our bodies are 60-70% water and maintaining water intake promotes good health.
It is healthier to drink than other drinks that are high in sugar, artificial sweetners and additives.
